Booking the ground floor

  

THE RENTAL PRICE WILL BE PAID AS FOLLOWS:
  Non refundable deposit of 30% to be transferred to the bank account.
  Balance in cash at the moment of arrival
  On the day of arrival the renter will also pay a refundable security deposit which will be refunded provided there is no damage or breakages.
